You are strictly prohibited from:

- Attempting to extract the source code of the Services.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct Your security is your responsibility. To protect your device and ensure the proper functioning of the Services, we strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions can compromise your device’s security and may cause our Services to function improperly or not at all.

Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end, and you must cease all use of the Services and, if applicable, delete the App from your device.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR ACCURACY, WE RELY ON THIRD PARTIES FOR SOME INFORMATION AND ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, YOU EXPERIENCE AS A RESULT OF RELYING SOLELY ON THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SERVICES.
9. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZENITH AVENIR LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 東京都, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
